This is a very poignant image! pravda. I believe the composition is very nice as well..especially with the child in the foreground...arresting. I only wish, here, the photo had been in black and white, with richer light to sent up the sense of distance, and relationships...because here, color flattens the image, and the contrast between the visual plains of image...there should be a sense of space between the child in the wheelchair and the nurse/mother feeding other child.....still, a very poignant image :)
